Give credit to your body

Human body is far more intelligent, powerful and creative than the credit it gets for being itself. Consider,20 million cells are replaced every minute by the average human body. It is constantly creating and replacing. These smallest units relentlessly work to keep the body in equilibrium. This gives the body it’s irreplaceable and fascinating capacity to heal itself in the wake of injuries, daily depreciation, infections, even tumors or cancers.

Granting all this, we still hold on to old patterns, pains, fears, anxiety and anything and everything that makes us a victim of the circumstance, as a perfect alibi. There are enough studies out there to make us believe that these cells, keeping our body alive, have intelligence to absorb information from the environment and act according to the story woven.

Pain is a red flag to communicate that there is an imbalance .

Our brain hosts hundred billion nerve cells. Each neuron is capable of maintaining connection with ten thousand other neurons. These connections change as we learn new things, how many people do we manage to communicate with and how flexible are we to move out of our comfort zone.

Cells that fire together wire together. Which means there is an algorithm formed in the brain such that when you do something, it is more likely that you will do it again in the future. Repetition forms a habit.
